1. Rejoined server to make sure it's not a bug - same story,  no loadout and 1'st person cam "buged" only on this certain player.

2. Watch closer at slow motion: 1 shot - 2 hits.

AIMspaZ I hope you have calmed down. Your videos show nothing, no video evidence the Joker is a cheater. that is a spectator glitch that can happen sometimes but that has been since the release of the game. So sit down and l2p or leave. 

Please don't discuss things unrelated to the reported player in his report page.

Both videos are useless since they are not two minutes watch rules.

Example: many time use btr tow rocket, hit the chooper and hit the jet. But not blow up, but pilots is dead(choppers and jets not damage'). It's the last dice garbage patch. Or use tank and hit the chooper, and chooper not damage. It's the benefit air vehicle's. Intentional create this dice. I think in the youtube video that spectator bug can be actually done by anybody. AIMspaZ doesn't trigger all buttons for view switch, only three of them and just watches the turret movement to exaggerate his accusation. And I did the spectator bug as well, since first person view was for infantry but could be bugged if you try it on armored vehicles.

Conclusion: Evil_Dark_Crow88 is again another time as a victim of "10 year old" accusers with grade F- in Math. Why bother attacking experts with false accusations when you could admit your defeat and learn from it to hopefully be better next time? Any way it's just a game, so enjoy .

Videos are clearly EA's spectator mode working as intended. Nothing to see here.
