RAWR in metro 

i believe after some research that he picked up the kit of TheFlerffyBurr 

it could be possible that TheFlerffyBurr dropped it and he picked it up - TheFlerffyBurr used on WBKS a railgun - with changed weapon name - before (https://bf4db.com/player/ban/1131881333)

Player would need to proof this.

Thanks you for reopening this ban.. The guy picked up the kit of https://bf4db.com/player/1131881333 if i had known that information 5 minutes before i put in the original report i would not have.. I just sore RAWR and reported the user without knowing the full facts.

I have tried to get this ban reversed before on behalf of Sniper as can be seen here https://bf4db.com/forum/thread/please-look-into-3563 with no success so please reverse it as Sniper is not the reason the RAWR was on the map.
