Having just read this appeal https://bf4db.com/forum/thread/ban-appeal-domenetion-3562 could you please look into the ban for https://bf4db.com/player/825811563 he to was banned for picking up the kit of TheFlerffyBurr during the round that i reported. 

Unless there’s video proof of it, there’s nothing we’ll be able to do.

I was the admin who banned said player. But I also believe he just picked up the kit after the cheater got banned. I have no indication nor found anything that indicates that Sniperhein1967 is cheating. It all happend in a few minutes on metro and basically I banned all players using rawr and xp1 flr furthet investigation. If there was a law against being a little stupid the 3 guys that was banned and later unbanned that day would be guilty in that but not cheating.

I reviewd my raw video which where the base for DomentioN ban and apeal. Sadly i could not find something of Sniperhein1967 other then that he was killed by DomentioN with the XD-1.
I think Snipperhein1967 made the same mistake as DomentioN by picking up a weapon and use it.

This TheFlerffyBurr caused a lot more trouble then only ruining the game.

Also can confirm https://bf4db.com/player/825811563  is innocent. Maybe guilty of using it as he picked up the kit but he is a regular player on the server and i talked with him. He didn´t even know what it was (RAWR), never saw it before and just used it cause it was in the loadout. That might not look very smart to us but also there are a lot of ppl who don´t think about it or think about that someone can do such things and bring weapons from other map packs to each server. He even didn´t know that there are pick up weapons only for special maps / map packs. I put a warning now into the server spam and also on discord to warn ppl about it. Just want to let you know. Maybe in this case it is enough confirmation that he is not the "bringer" / Hacker. But it is up to you how you will handle it. Thanks....

Our ban policy is very clear.

"Indication of pick-ups used in a round unavailable to that specific map"

Without video evidence we can't just unban anyone who claims they picked up a kit.

I don´t think there is a video of it. The other appeal does not show him. So all we have is the confirmation of the reporting player, the admin that banned him and the server owner. And a list of rounds ( http://bf4cheatreport.com/?pid=825811563&uid=&cnt=50&startdate= ) showing there is nothing bad about him without this one round where we got this annoying hacker on the server that messed everything up for some players. In the other appeal video it is clearly to see that this hacker just was searching for players picking up his kit. He runs into them to get killed and "spray" his loadout around. In this special case i want to please you to think about a unban. Thank you...

After i made the report in the first place, it became apparent within 1/2 hour that i should not have reported him.. I even made a comment just after the initial report that he had picked up the kit.. I should have waited a few minutes a not just after the round had finished to put said report in as i soon became obvious where the offending RAWR came from. 

Please re look at this ban.. If i had a recording of him picking it up id use it to help.. Just like Scotty did for the guy, but i don't. As i feel really guilty now for reporting him when in fact the hacker has had 2 others banned with one now cleared. Thats is why i started this page..
