Appeal:  i got banned for someone accusing me for cheating he has a video record of me using the xd1-accipitor in metro again i did not cheat i picked up that gun i got no evidence of me doing that so how can i prove that im not cheating basically i cant play bf4 anymore cause of this ban im getting kicked by every server for that pls help me instead of closing this thread and throwing me to the garbage the guy reporting me even posted the video of the hacker and accused me https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yYRzXY0x7fY

u can see that i was on the same team with the guy reporting me and u can see at the kill feed that i died after that i spawn the on reporting guy aka  scottysir and picked up his gear

Bumped into this  ban apeal and reviewed the rest of the recording to see if it was plausible DomenetioN was not cheating but picked up the weapon.
I think he indeed picked it up.

During the slow mo you see first the hacker TheFlerffyBurr being killed. Next DomenetioN pickup the rail gun. At the end you see DomenetioN walking away with a blue laser on his gun, indicating it is the railgun.

Smarter thing to do was not to use the strange weapons, but yea can you know after 59 hours of game play.

Will be double checked. Case open for the time being.

I can't find any other battle reports indicating any sort of cheating.
