I forget my old account so I creat a new one,and I click it and claim the battlelog button it jump to my battelog profileWhy you made two accounts?

I'd rather want you to continue the appeal with the account that has a battlelog claimed. Could you reset the password of that account? You can do this with the "forgot password" button on your login page.

No problem. Now I think of it, I could unclaim your soldier on the old account so you can re-claim it on your current account. Shall I do that?
The purpose of the account link is that we can verify we talk to the real owner. This way we can rule out frame attempts a bit more easy.

I was wrongly banned on Mar 23rd. i don't know why I suddenly got banned wrongly and labelled as CHEAT 100% since I have 1680 hrs playtime. I'm always against hacking in games and I'm an important admin of HOF servers so I can't be hacking in my own servers. Everyone on my server is confused with my ban now.
