I will try,but it maybe need a few day to reset it,because I'm pretty busy for that,I will reply you after a few days as soon as I can"I'd rather want you to continue the appeal with the account that has a battlelog claimed. Could you reset the password of that account?

I forget my old account so I creat a new one,and I click it and claim the battlelog button it jump to my battelog profile"Why you made two accounts?
