    Appeal:
    Hello Hello!
Have you ever heard of prefire spray (spamming) down corridors in CQC maps at head-level?
Have you ever heard of ticking your scope elevation to higher values so when you aim for the body the bullet lifts for a headshot?
Have you ever heard- You know what, I'm sorry! Look, I'm not even gonna start.

1b0y has one report, and that's on me.
Ever consider that he's just a biased person who wants to ruin my day, even if slightly? ... Maybe!

In my book, headshots aren't even that hard.
    Well, easier said than done.
Stop looking at the ground, keep your view head-level.
And uh- You can guess the rest. It's common sense.

Have you ever played CS GO? Headshots are most of the time the factor that decides who wins.
It's a hard game, right? Well, guess what- I became MGE in just 104 wins. That proves a lot, doesn't it?
Plus, I haven't touched any CS games prior to CS GO when my IRL friends told me to get it, just because.
Here's proof on that matter. I'm not even that good, I spray and prefire too much.
    unknown.png

Now here's proof that I am xSugarbun, unless you want to stalk me down to the corners of this world, then so be it.
    unknown.png

I've never been banned in any other FPS games before for 'aimbot' or whatever.
Counter-Strike, Call of Duty. Phantom Forces... You name it.

So here's proof from some other games that are similar.
    This is just an example.
    Bad Aim

Check for other videos on my youtube, those are really old and I'm much better now.
It's mainly Phantom Forces and stupid bad humor meme videos.

I've gotten better since at landing headshots since I keep improving consistently, and I've improved a lot too!
I am sure quite content with my recent capabilities.

I'd love record BF4 to prove this, but I'd get below 60fps and get bad gameplay if I do it cause my computer isn't even that good.
I can record a Phantom Forces 'try-for-headshots-only' video if you want, then you'll see how consistent I am at landing headshots recently.

Now enough with all that deviation and blabber.
I guess you have gotten the gist of my 'aimbot' capabilities.

Here are some BF4 statistics to support that matter.
Check my profile on battlelog for more if you want.

    unknown.png
That's some nice aimbot you got there.
    >Yeah. I know. Thanks. :)

    unknown.png
What's up with that consistent increase in headshot/kill ratio!? Wait your accuracy has decreased though...? Nice Aimbot!!!
    >Yeah! I know! Thanks! :))

As for how I did it with the DMR/SNIPER reports, I've been camping at long range and aiming for still targets only.
I was trying to get marksman headshot ribbons for expert sniper assignment, so I was only targeting people I can surely headshot.
There was no point in wasting time or effort killing other people and revealing my position and what not, so-

As for how I did it in Operation Locker...
What, about 200 kills and 50 of them are headshots?
Yeah, I had glock18 and ace 52 cqb? I just camp corridors and spam at head-level.
Then I would rush in and hipfire at head-level.

Battlelog stats say 5500 kills and 1000 of them are headshots. That's pretty okay in my opinion.
1/5 so about 20% headshots avg. total?

I've also seen other 'Aimbot' report and bans- They've all had solid proof of PunkBuster etc.
    Then here's basically my report:
    A random guy appears.
'Hey uh- I spectated this guy like legit and he looks like he's hacking... He's suspicious AF dude!!'

    A superhero appears.
Posts 4 battle reports with 'Face-Off' - Oh no 1/3 or 2/3 of kills are headshots!? Less than 20-30% accuracy?! Must be aimbotting!

    A god appears.
    'Banned for Aimbot'

    Then I'm like
    'Thanks...?'

I might as well be banned on official servers by PunkBuster already then.
I really love playing on these community servers that are run by your plugins or whatever?
But I guess those days are over.

    To summarize this all up,
    Biased Report.
    Lack of Evidence.
    Bad judgment on your side?

Now I can only hope the action you take upon this appeal is just.

You have 72h to record a game similar to this one.

    http://battlelog.battlefield.com/bf4/battlereport/show/1/1012848525030319360/1757796845/

You will need minimum 5 mins of gameplay, 720p, upload the video to Youtube.

You are also required to post the battle report for that game.

It needs to be on the same map (Locker) and you need to use the same gun (MG4) and get at least 39 kills with and achieve a whopping overall 69% KPH.

If you do not comply with this request or launch yourself on another half page rant about why you should not be banned, your ban appeal will be denied.

I've set your case to "Investigating" so you can join any and all BF4DB protected servers.

I would like you to take into account that the match result you wanted me to copy is impossible to replicate.

First of all, MG4 dmg is 24.5 - Multiplied by 2.13x headshot mult is -> 52.185 dmg.
In hardcore servers health is 60. I would at least need 2 hits, correct?
You're implying I have to 'double-tap' headshot kill all my 39 kills?

    That's asking for the impossible.
    I'm not a machine, I'm human.
((Well, I wish I was a machine. XD))

During that previous match on the polski hardcore server, it was 64 large conquest (unlike the recorded 32 conquest) and it was really hectic.
Explosions everywhere. Hardcore camping on D to C and we were all clogged by the tunnels leading in and out.

I was sitting a ways back from the tunnel exit, angling myself for safety reasons.
Had my bipod down on my MG4 and taking out enemies that are low on health from my teammates who try to come through.
That's probably why the KPH rate is so high if you're wondering.

Anyways, 69% KPH while having primary MG4 is not something you see every day.
Plus, I wasn't using bipod and camping tunnels, the recoil is hard.
(With FLIR x2 scope even more), as you can see in the video soon...

It's statistically impossible to get 69% KPH by just using MG4.
It would only be if I'm lucky and headshotted a few people with Deagle,
    Hit someone with a frag,
    Used slug UTS-15,
    Killed with XM25,
Picked up the M82 Sniper outside,
Or like said, got lucky in all of the tunnel cloggings and picking off low health enemies.
How would I remember all that anyway...?

Also, take into account that there's no massive camping by tunnel exits for easy camp kills with LMGs, THIS TIME.
Another factor to take in is how hard I was lagging and dropping frames, 30 fps in the game.
As you can see the video feed froze once too.
I've told you that my computer can't handle it.
But here's the video- Since you wanted it.

    6 minutes of crappy gameplay.
    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pyp8gecVpMY&feature=youtu.be

    And the battlelog.
    http://battlelog.battlefield.com/bf4/battlereport/show/1/1042111055855227200/1757796845/

Now I just hope you make the right decision.

    I am curious.

why did you try to sell your account ?

First of all, you only got a max of 4-5 HS in the round I referenced, so your argument goes right out the window. Second, the max damage you can do with the MG4 in HC is 40 since HC multiplier is 1.66. Somehow you achieve a 69 KPH, which is a one-shot kill for the majority of your game.

You shot a total of 1005 shots, out of those you hit 62 shots and you got 43 kills in that game.

Your latest battle report doesn't even come close to that game, we'll review this and get back to you.

I got bored of BF4 and decided to sell it since I can't really enjoy it with this crappy PC and low FPS and lag spikes.
I lent the account for a few people to test and they said they'd buy it but I changed my mind and kept it anyway. :/

As I said, it was super camping by D to C and the tunnels were clogged for (at least I think) 15-30min long and I was just bipod-ding a ways back.
Just chilling, resupplying and shooting enemies who got hit by my teammates' gunfire, explosions, incendiary and what not-
The ones that came through our defenses were low on health? Then I pick them off?
Doesn't those kills count as one hit kills then? (one-hit kill steals)
    >>I joined the round pretty late so I just entered on the camping fest where everyone was clogged at the tunnels.

Sorry, and correct me if I'm wrong, because I don't really know how all these kill per hit ratio thing works.
I didn't even know it was a thing until you mentioned it in the first reply.

I would still like to see an attempt to replicate said game. This will help us to understand your overall playstyle better.

    Look here...
I'm just going to be on point, and sorry if it's too brash.

    I got banned for 'aimbot'.
We just kinda proved that I'm not 'aimbotting' already.
You know how hard it is to headshot with a crappy 'high recoil & high fire rate' thing like MG4?
I'm not even good with the gun, I don't even play support class a lot.

Why are we making me prove something that has nothing to do with the ban 'aimbot'...
Now you're going 'omg you got high kph this ONE round'? Just picking straws here?
Deviating elsewhere and asking me to do whatever we're doing here...?

It's just one a million chance I'll ever go into some locker map and find a camping fest to be able to pick off low health enemies by the tunnels.
What don't you understand about bipod-ding camping and killstealing on low health enemies through the chaotic explosions and what not?

    Don't ask for the impossible.
It's not going to be replicable "just like that".
It might as well take a few days or weeks before I find a good game to get a battle report like that again.

So... Am I still obliged to replicate that one of a lifetime game and record it too?
Or just what do you want from me?

I might as well start trying now, cause you'll probably tell me to do it anyways...

Nobody is picking straws, many of your BR's are extremely suspicious. I'm asking you to replicate the most suspicious one you have. If it makes you feel better I will change your ban reason to damage mod as that is the only explanation to achieve such a high KPH.

You've been asked to replicate the game once and you didn't. You have now been asked twice, you have 48h to submit a battle report and footage with similarly high KPH.

    Alright, you got it, boss.

I will 'attempt' to replicate a one in a million game.
That's stating I can find a server where its super clogged by point C and D in Operation Locker HARDCORE under 48 hours.
    Consider giving more time?

Anyways, sorry to ask this stupid question but how do you view your KPH in the battle report anyways?
I can't find anywhere that tells me how... :/

The first and the last minute of the following video is what I mean when I was camping with the bipod down.

Consider that it was a full 32v32 (64 men) RUSH HARDCORE, it was the last 2 objectives by C push to D.
They were just throwing waves of soldiers at us.
We camped it out by the D tunnel exits and won. Outside flanks were like probably 5+ snipers so no problem there.

I would just bipod like mentioned earlier.
Then I end up to kill enemies who slip through all the chaotic explosions, fire, and bullets-
The frag grenades, crossfire, incendiary, and all that 'hellish' stuff. They were mostly low on health, does that explain it?

    http://battlelog.battlefield.com/bf4/battlereport/show/1/1042902077443277888/1757796845/
    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=b2bbxthfE6g&feature=youtu.be

In this battle report and video, I somehow got a ridiculous KPH of 80%.
2 of my kills were 1 shot with XM25 Flechette.
It was just a bunch of lucky kill steals or shooting enemies with low health.
Though there were times where I would screw up and full health enemies come-
    That's why it's not stupidly 100% KPH-

Remember that on hardcore health doesn't regen, and there's not a guy with a medkit everywhere.
So they would be sneaking or getting away after a firefight behind our lines with just a little hp left. :/
And as you can also see traces of friendly corpses that have previously hurt the guys that I find and happen to one shot.
Or when my teammates were also shooting them beside me and I just happen to land the last 1 shot killing blow.
And when that one sniper was on super low hp from camping there (shot hella times?) with no medkit to heal him-
I finished him off in one non-headshot.

These are what I mean by one shot kill steals, these things just don't happen every day.
Well, I eventually got kicked for teamkilling after I teamkilled so many times.
Kicked at the end where I spammed through the tunnel and hit my teammates who tried to go in...

So sadly the round was only 24-10, if I didn't get kicked then it might've been a bit more kills with a bit less KPH.
Perhaps ending somewhere around 50%++ and would replicate that 69% theory.
Well, this time I kinda forced myself to kill steal and try to find low hp enemies, so it's not really my natural gameplay.

And as you can see, in my other battle reports I don't get anywhere near this, as much as 30% to 40% KPH-
The consistency before these random super high KPH rounds appear is just natural.

    unknown.png
    unknown.png
    unknown.png
    unknown.png

It's just these once in a lifetime lucky rounds that appear.
I somehow seem to get the 'max2' multiply by two, huh?
If you're going to ban or judge someone out of a one in a million statistical spike, then please reconsider.

Anyways, with this said and done... Is there anything else you require me to do to prove my innocence?
