When the tower is down on Shanghai it makes the map super imbalanced. It becomes super easy for vehicles with FLIR and difficult for snipers to see anything past 100M. The dust effect also affects people frame rates if they have lower end hardware.
People also love to take it down within the first 5 minutes of the round which makes the rest of the match boring.
