To make this short as possible - last year I got banned for suspicious stats including "will be lifted if gameplay can be provided".

The list could go on and on and just saying .. but why should I record at all specially some good rounds when I would cheat lul?
I am not that dumb like some players recently on your forum, who appeal with clearly aimbot footage/gameplay.
Everyone who knows me at least "good" enough, knows that I am clean. Not talking about guys like Zylix, who simply report everyone, just because his brain doesn't is that fast, to see the difference between a 'suspect', a clean player and someone who really cheats.

Why I do the appeal now or at all? Game is going to die every month more and with that comes less server choices where players could just flex, even more when you are banned.
Will accept any judgement. Even I stay banned, doesn't change the fact about me being clean :))

@Langenge Kills /hit also known as DMG, well, almost.
@dougandbugs SU-50 is a stealh jet and doesn't got a JDAM.
What I personally had, know and saw (can't speak for other persons here):
- KPH can spike a little/a lot when the "player" is in simple words just finisher and that almost everytime, so he kills basically only low hp player/vehicle
- KPH can spike when the server (even when it shows 100hp doesn't mean the server is everytime on 100hp) runs less then 100hp
- KPH can spike when the round got restarted during a ongoing round
- and of course (what is most known) KPH does spike with a DMG mod
Correct me if wrong.

The other example I mentioned about it.
The same thing as sofos had counts here also .. Was a different server anyway and it was for the <example> also ONLY FOR ONE battlereport. Makes no sense at all.
Why would a tryhard cheat anyway and the 2nd thing .. if he does, why would he does that ONLY IN ONE round. Normally I would totally agree with DMG mod, but that tbh, seems like a different thing.
There is one reasonable explanation in my mind, but I can be wrong:
When the admin restart the round, without being finsihed of course, the stats are swapped over in the next map, (#nextlevel - #restart) what the admin loaded (or just reloaded) = those stats are possible complete then, even when the player is clean and if you don't believe that, go and test it. Only working on RANKED & OFFICIAL of course.

Even tho I don't like him, he's clean and known player in the tryhard locker base.
Another example of weird KPH in a few weeks. I am still trying to figure out what this is.

Indeed it is a little frustrating as they will get the advantage of being able to mod while retaining the "Official" status and getting users with ease. I traced their IP Address back to "fragnet" and reported it via their interface.
I doubt anything would be done. If nothing is to be done, then release the server files for everyone. Make it fair.
In one point you got me wrong.
I said " Of course that's then no modded server, because you don't have access to server files in general. Talking here about G-Portal, Nitrado, Fragnet etc. . " .. and whatever you traced, you did something wrong, because they can't do, what they do with Fragnet, even when Fragnet allows you alrdy more then some G-Portal server.

About those server files, everyone can get them easy, I won't tell you how, but it's easy, even more easy when you use google, BUT be aware of 3 things:
1. You won't be able to start 'your server' without a whitelisted IP (atleast, not anymore since they patched it)
2. Modded servers are taken faster down OFFICIALLY by EA/DICE/BATTLELOG, then it takes you, till "your" server finally works
and 3rd, which is the point for TDS here .. count both points together = DICE know it, there are whitelisted and the server won't get an shutdown.
To answer your "Make it fair" - It is still fair, they have to, like I said, whitelist there wanted server IP, which CAN'T be done without DICE's help or a insider/friend and to be honest .. it's not even that worse in my opinion, even when it's violating ToS (at least I guess so), because most cheaters are catched on official servers - it's still a cheater free server, even when it's in a way DICE/EA didn't want, right?
And what would you rather do? Violating ToS (within mind that TDS is allowed to do, what they do) or playing with/against cheaters?
Not worth it dude, just let it go and stay on ranked.

Indeed. Its a little bit annoying as anyone purchasing servers will not get the "Official" status.Friend, none of this is new. We’ve known this for years now. Evenbalance doesn’t care and just issues global bans for no reason now. There’s nothing that can be done really.
Of course that's then no modded server, because you don't have access to server files in general. Talking here about G-Portal, Nitrado, Fragnet etc. .
Evenbalance won't change anything about the TDS server's, because in order to do, what they do, they need to have there server IP whitelisted, either from DICE/EA offical, or from a insider/friend and with that in mind .. well, EA/DICE won't change anything about it, because they are whitelisted.
TDS got there servers for years now and nothing happend and they are aware of that.
The only thing how it could be fixed - that EA/DICE would bring a new patch, sadly that won't happen, but even then, the community would find other ways.

Google is your friend - now spot the differene.
Some people there was found evidence of abuse conclusive enough to act upon. If that someone wasn't able to provide any evidence to counter, the ban would remain. In the case of the player you report, he was found clean after many reports and he afaik he cooperated with any request.
Thus the judgement was that he is clean and there are in fact people that are capable of the things you describe legitimately. To be honest, recoil in BF is very, very easy to manage. I am no star in it but still I can do it well enough to get "macrusated(? new word)". Setting your FoV to fisheye mode also helps to reduce visual recoil significantly.
Have you watched his video? If not, look attentively for example. There is not the slightest hint on the recoil. Also due to the reduced spread the scene is less trembling.
I did not say that the recoil in the game is difficult to control. And you are not a star in this, because you play without hacking, otherwise the AEK, FAMAS would be your favorite weapon.
This is no spread / and or no macro (Download link in this video is not more active don't worry :) )
What you posted is an avg player and you see the recoil definitely. There are tryhards which proofed that they are clean and they have much less recoil then the person you posted.
Just saying what me and my guys think, still up to the admins :)
