He's walling and botting.  Has a 1.6 KD over 80 ranks and suddenly 10:1.  Couple reports;

I took down the original video of him cheating (the original report) and deleted it.. He was spamming comments on it and I didn't think it was needed since he was banned.

He's cheating like mad and making a mockery of the entire process.
