    Appeal:

I am going to delve into the relationship between the man who posted the violation report and myself.

Let's look at the man accusing me of using an aimbot.

ANY is the founder of EXC Platoon in BF4. http://battlelog.battlefield.com/bf4/platoons/view/6009345862371406421

ANY had picked literally the battle report from the best round I have ever played, tossed in a few stats from a few weapons I never use then tried to confuse the staff at BF4DB by stating he banned me from EXC's server for hacking.

What ANY fails to mention is the reason I was banned from his server. It wasn't because I was using an aimbot or hacking.  ANY doesn't care if people hack and in the rare case when someone is banned from EXC's server a monthly donation to EXC will get you removed from the banned list and added to their white list.  I was banned from EXC's server because I was once an admin for the platoon.  Many of us did not like the casual attitude ANY took when it came to hackers playing on our server so we staged a protest and 20-25 of EXC platoon members left.

We started a new platoon The Root of All Evil [RoE].  Any member of the newly formed platoon that migrated from EXC to [RoE] had to quit EXC within 7 days, period.  I left a parting message that I posted in EXC's Battlelog blasting ANY, his policies and the other admins for being complicit for failing to address the issue pertaining to EXC Golmud Server and hackers.

As a newly formed platoon we rented a BF4 server and my first order of business was to set up PBBANS, GGC-Stream and AntiCheat Inc., which I handled personally.

One of the things I learned as an admin with EXC is ANY would never GUID ban.  It was always a ban on the players profile name.  So, all an individual had to do was change their Origin profile name and access EXC's servers.  I was doing this for a month or two and I know ANY was not pleased.

So now ANY has hand-picked a battle report that's not related to his server and some random weapon stats for weapons I don't even use to have me banned.  Childish at best and not very original.  I am not amused however.    The battle report that is linked in the ban posting was my best round since I began playing BF4.  I still remember the round as I was gunning for my friend http://battlelog.battlefield.com/bf4/user/ProfessorCakeJr/. There were more infantry soldiers on the ground running in every direction than I have ever seen before. It was almost too good to be true. Every time I would turn the weapon there was a ground troop right in front of me. Literally the best round of my life.  ANY saw this as an opportunity to get his revenge.

Sometimes I play great. Sometimes I play like crap. Sometimes my friends and I stand in place and shoot each other in the face for hours. But to ban ONESICKPUPPY2010 based on the report submitted by a disgruntled ex-boss who promotes hacking and himself is a hacker is ridiculous.

Considering the individual who reported my account, this is nothing more than a disgruntled individual still holding a grudge.  I am asking that you reconsider the ban placed on my account and remove it immediately.  Thank You and Have a Beautiful Day, ONESICKPUPPY2010

A grudge with another player has nothing to do with your ban. Defend your own actions rather than attempt to misdirect.
