Claim your soldier first.

Why do people say they claimed their soldier when they haven’t? ?

Maybe the word "claim" isn't clear for non-english speaking people.

Idea : prevent people from creating post on the "appeal section" unless they claimed their player. Also give them link to guide and video when they try nonetheless.

If no soldier claimed in 24h, appeal will be denied.
