This is the downside of the VIP plugin for BF4. Admins allow players to pay a monthly fee to get into the server faster and in many cases be white listed from reports or even common sense review. I remember one Metro server run by a well known clan where the top players where there every single day getting 200+ more kills than anyone else while lazing through smoke and getting impossible shots. It's pathetic to be honest.

That being said there are good servers out there with honest admins who value clean games. Just keep searching until you find a good server to call home.

Keep in mind that can still spectate and report cheaters, even if they are white listed on a given server. Sure they may still be able to play on that server but at least if they are really cheating and your evidence is good they will be get a ban from here and be shamed by it.

BF4DB is not an anti cheat that runs on a player's PC, so there is no concept of "hardware" cheats in this regard.  BF4DB can only with video or analysis of stats.  Being that most hacks have a spectator warning, getting video is a rare event unless the player really doesn't care about losing the account. It is also very easy for long time experienced cheaters to control their stats to avoid BF4DB. So yes there are lots of "clean" players who when you play against them you know are cheating but they will never be banned. And in some cases the players have 3000+ hours, know the maps inside and out, and are good players.

The real solution is a good anti cheat which EA has never wanted to invest in. Even 2042 using EAC was bypassed before it was even released.  Look at what Ricochet is doing on COD. It has not fully removed cheaters but it has made their lives very difficult and cost them lots of accounts.  Why does it work, because the manufacture cares enough about the player experience to invest in it.

They won't reply, it's been a long standing problem going back a long long way.  Sadly there is little you can do about it and that account is gone.

I am not staff but I can say that all you have to do is surf any forums or Reddit and you will find tons of reports of false bans.  Sure some will be from kids who are mad they got caught but the volume alone tells you that there is a problem. There have been several waves due to video drivers and other programs.

As for proof, it's like trying to prove a negative...

PB has a reputation for not communicating with anyone and not making any effort to ever have a real appeal process.
