Plays really good when not spectating, but as soon as someone spectates the performance is considerably worse. 
(First graveyard shift round the reported player was 23/3 when i started spectating, the round ended with 48/27)

Interesting timestamps:
1:35, 3:45, 3:57 and 7:00

The spotting of the enemy at 3:45 was quite suspicious, it was "through" the railing on the bridge.
The shot at 3:57 seems to display a autoaim+shoot trigger, gun is fired at the same time the crosshair is aimed deadcenter at the enemys head.
7:00 just feels like the hacks are "let loose"

I believe the player knows when he/she is being spectated and eventually just didnt care/was more reckless.
Player was suspected of cheating before these two rounds.

The player has been banned on our server and will remain banned or be unbanned based on the conclusion from bf4db.
