I was wondering why I have been banned for (Violation (AIMBOT) #52120)? I purchased BF4 on October 23, 2013 and have only played on this same account. Over the course of roughly 4 1/2 years I have only played for a total of 686 hours and if you look at my playing history It will show that I only came back to playing BF4 about 4 months ago.  In other words I'm not a competitive player, I just play from time to time when the family permits it. Awhile back I had to do a complete reinstall of my OS on my SSD drive. About a week after that I attempted to play and was kicked from a server. I reinstalled Punkbuster and came to the conclusion the I was banned. Prior to this the last time I had played it was roughly 15 matches on (### ESFGaming #2 | 24/7 Siege | Powered by Nitrado.net) and then switched to another sever and was kicked. Seeing as it was late in the night I didn't pay it no mind until the next time I tried playing and realized I had been banned. If someone could please let me know what has happened or what I could do to correct this problem I would greatly appreciate it. Did you have 2FA login enabled on Origin?

Yes I had it turned on. My origin account was hacked back in 2017 and when I was on the phone with EA I discovered my Two-Step Ver had been turned off. I've had it turned on every since. The case number with EA is #32075156 on July 23, 2017 . Here is a link to the screenshot I have of the the case from EA.
