hey... my plugin is partially working and idk why
the API key is valid and the plugin is running

but when i use !check on my server the plugin says:
[BF4DB] No player name matches (*playernamehere*)
and i also noticed that some banned users were able to play on my server with auto bans/cheat annoucements enabled

this guy played 3 rounds on my server when the plugin was running.

i already tried deleting the server and generating a new api key but it didnt work... any solutions?

Is your server official or ranked?  The plugin will log information and stats from official servers but wont kick people, even if they are banned.  On ranked servers it will kick them.  Other than this i can't tell you much more, hope it helps though.

well... i'm not a fan of discord, not joining that.

im starting to think that the new versions of procon are causing this
this started happening after i updated my procon client to the version 1.5.3.0
after that i updated to 1.5.3.1 and the same issue was there
the plugin also doesn't work on procon 1.5.2.1
now i'm back with procon 1.5.1.1 and the BF4DB plugin works just fine

Will investigate. Discord is the faster way to get support, but here is fine too.

For troubleshooting purposes, have you tried reinstalling the plugin from a fresh download? Have you tried deleting and reclaiming the server? Have you tried turning it off and turning it back on?

yes, i tried redownloading the plugin
deleting the server and adding it again with a fresh API key 2x
installing the BF4DB plugin on a fresh clean procon (1.5.2.1) folder with no other plugins
installing the BF4DB plugin on a fresh clean procon (1.5.3.0) folder with no other plugins
installing the BF4DB plugin on a fresh clean procon (1.5.3.1) folder with no other plugins
and all the versions listed above have the same problem when using !check :
[BF4DB] No player name matches (*playernamehere*)
and BF4DB banned players can play just fine on the server.

but then i installed the plugin on procon 1.5.1.1 the plugin works just fine when using !check
and the auto bans probably works too ( i never had any problems with 1.5.1.1 , only when i try updated versions of procon)

I'm looking into your issue on why it won't work. I'll report back what I find.
