Look, I'm gonna give you this straight. You're directly linked to two accounts that both used a multihack and you refuse to link your accounts yourself. I don't believe you showed anything suspect in the video you were banned for or the one you provided as evidence. Due to the above I'm keeping your account banned but changing the ban reason to linked account.
