My friend was banned and we are trying to understand why... can someone help us?? 

PS. This is not an Appeal yet, only understanding for a while...

If he wants to know, he can take a look at the his ban page (which you already linked yourself). And if he wants to appeal, he must do that himself.

His stats have been reset by FairFight as a result of using a hack.

Even if he appeals his ban we won't lift it because its pretty clear that FairFight took actions against him.

Does have any way to solution that?? how to ask fairfight or EA to understand the first punishment?
