you need to appeal with evenbalance  if evenbalance unban your account  you most likely going to be unban on every third party banlist

BF4DB can't do anything about it, even if they lift the ban, you'd still be unable to join PunkBuster protected servers because of the Global Ban

Your ban will remain as it is a Global Punkbuster Ban.

I recommend you try to join Official Servers and if you are able to join an official server then we will lift the ban.
