So this is what is says i was banned for........  I was wondering why i kept getting kicked instant on every server I joined.  Leading to me thinking it was on my end...and me taking a 6 moth break. So today i attempted to play once more this time it said i was banned .. so after doing some research I am here to try understand why I was banned and how to appeal this ban.

I found the above link as proof I was cheating and i just don't see the proof. I was hoping someone could explain how that report leads to me being banned for cheating?      How can one say 100% cheat from a report ??   

After further research You will notice the guy that banned me was on the losing team??  Perhaps his BAN action was more personal?

Probably not only for the report, but for your overal stats.

I guess I just don't see it.   So because I use the same weapons I look to be a cheat?  Could you please explain as to why I was banned then seeing the above report was not the only catalyst in making the call to ban my account.  I am just trying to understand why a clean player was banned, cost me many months of thinking my pc was crapping out before I even knew I was banned.

 I have compared my stats to many clean players and many have far more impressive stats then I.

Okay then Mr. Clean, do you want to explain your HSKR with the M416, AN94 and U-100 MK5? Your HSKR is well above what is considered normal by anybody. No clean players have these stats.

Additionally, what you've shown as proof for the guy that banned you is nowhere near why you got banned. You are comparing tomatoes to apples.

So no clean player has those stats? you really sure about that ?

My play time is far less so having a stat as such could be achieved pretty easily considering those weapons are the only ones I  like and have stuff for.    And my stats are not that far out compared to many others I have looked at.   Sure I don't have but a small fraction of play time as many others here.  

  So if I camp a hi traffic area in map and get many kills with same weapon I am considered a cheat?   This what I don't understand. It stats in ban policy that clear evidence is needed and all i ask is for the 100% evidence. As i see you guys have some data that says I am decent player, but no other data that is 100% ban worthy like from punk buster, FF, video, or third party evidence.   When the enemy is pouring down a hallway it is easy to stack kills.  I asked to have this ban lifted please as I am clean.  I don't feel I have enough data to even consider it a factoring role in deciding my ban alone.

I know I am coming off strong but TBH i had no idea i was even banned tell my mates asked me to play round today.

Since you are in the mood to argue, show me a legit clean player that has 41% HSK with the M416 (4 headshots, every 10 kills constantly), 43% HSK with the AN94 (4 headshots, every 10 kills constantly) or 33% HSK with the U-100 MK5 (3 headshots, every 10 kills constantly).

90 hours of play time = very limited data to go off compared to 3000+ hours /  To have this limited data be the determining factor alone seems unjust.

And yes ofc i will argue the point cause i am indeed clean.    So we can agree that there is limited data to go on  90 hrs play time it is possible to have those stats on just those few weapons.   i would agree if one were to maintain those stats over hundreds of match's and hours that yes that would look fishy.   At my age I have played many shooters and its not that hard to kill the same fools coming down the same path every time.   Call it luck if you will or strategy, skill either way I am clean and feel the ban is unjust.

I find it rather unprofessional to call me a retard for wanting to understand why i was banned and see the clear evidence that the ban policy says is due when only stats are used to ban a player. 

All I ask is for a fair chance and look at this from my end of things. I know for a fact i didn't cheat  seems a shame that i even have to come appeal to defend myself from this single report of stats being abnormal.   If I were cheating would those stats be far higher seems rather low if one were hacking  those stats would be much higher i would think. 

90 hours of playtime and I am stat banned?  So the average  % and data is off limited info  Like i found a hot spot in a map and camped out the kills why is this so hard to understand??  Guy walks down path shoot simple as that ...  next guy comes shoot.   I feel my stats alone have to limited data to decide to ban me is what I am getting at. 

List of players with better stats .. many have %100+ above average  One listed is just flat crazy for stats and is clean.

We are talking about you, not about other cases. Please provide us the battlereports responsible for the elevated hs rates and we will see what can be done. Just like most of the cases you listed did. 

I really don't know what reports you seek but hopefully it is one of these ?    All i ever use is the sks most all exp and kills are with this weapon

You may record a game like this one. Record on a min resolution of 720p, preferably 60fps. Full game from start to finish, same weapon, similar stats. You have 72h to provide the YouTube link here.

To make it easier for you to find servers your ban will be lifted within those 72h.

My PC is very old and runs BF4 at 98% gpu load most all the time.

I can not record what you ask for.

I feel one should be innocent tell proven guilty not the other way around.  If my stats are so bad that you truly feel I have cheated then so be it.

I got many of those stats from that map that floods U camp a roof top and pop off players as they come out the doors on to the roofs, or sitting up on the highway and capping them off from there.  Many more stats came from CC combat like in rooms or down hallways and funnel points.

You can go ahead and just place the ban on me as I cant provide what is requested.

I know I didn't cheat I guess that is all that really matter in the long run.

Considering i know many staff have spent time on my appeal, I donated a little something to BF4DB for the time invested. o/ Enjoy

On another note how does this ban effect on me say other versions of BF like the older ones and future versions?

After looking at the ban policy in more detail I guess I did cheat :(

Well guess i need to stop using my gaming keyboard and gaming mouse.. because there is probably others out there still using regular old mice and keyboards.. giving myself an unfair advantage.
 
I should probably call my isp, and get the basic cable internet... don't want to have a superior connection against my foe's.
 
Then i think we should all be running 260 core 216 gpu's, as not everyone will have the latest gpu, and it would be unfair if i did.
 
we all need to run the exact type and amount of memory too....

Point is many factors determine a players advantage most of all ISP but you wont see people being banned for that :P I got a gift from my wife, I love it.... G27c2 Is a great monitor shame her gift has cost me BF over a OSD cross-hair built into the thing.  Hope the dpi on my mouse is considered fair :P
