If a player uses DDOSS on a bf4 server and makes it crash can bf4db ban the player or not?

We only ban cheaters! We can not proof if the specific player DDOS´d the server or not!

i got kicked for High Ping 300~500+ms America/Europe/Oceania server :-(

That's just common admin software, they don't want other countries on their server during peak hrs. 

I can also tell you that we have no choice in Asia.

We do have evidence to prove who is a DDoS attacker.

From his own screenshots of the chat, he can also prove that he is also a cheater.

Linked accounts don't mean anything. Especially in a region like China where there are so many Internet cafe's and IPV4 addresses get released and renewed daily.

It's linked by not a Chinese IP, but those accounts are already all banned.
