Appeal: I go to play a little before I go to work this morning to find out I'm banned, and the guy that reports me is from a game where I was going 3k/9 deaths playing in a tank. That was the one of the only 2-3 games I had time for before going to inspect a roof. But the reason I was reported was for "aimbot" which is ridiculous. The reason the Admin banned me was for my HSKR, which from my history on BF4 I love to play the Hard Core operation locker servers, and Hard Core rush servers and run FLIR sights xD I swear its the best. The stats I have that are "above average" are: M412REX 35k/11hs=31% HSKR, MG4 99k/35hs=35%HSKR, M240 56k/23hs=41%HSKR, and then the MK11 61k/22hs=36% HSKR. The above mentioned highlighted guns are nothing crazy in terms of kills or really even headshots. Play Operation Locker HardCore Slap a FLIR scope on and prone. Then with the Rex it handles just like the Deagle from CoD does, or any gun from R6 Siege. Those are the ones highlighted on the report. Yet my CS5 with 11k/9hs=81% HSKR isnt among those highlighted as "sus". I don't know the standards and whats normal for BattleField4 for the PC in terms of stats but playing R6 Community Comp(not ranked) and CoD and Valorant in terms of k,hs,HSKR per weapon,but it just seems to me that I got reported by some guy that I killed probably as an infantry from the Tank I was in got salty and reported me. Since I played 1 maybe 2 games from one roof inspection to the other and I didn't really want to play CoD and didnt have the time to play Valorant or Siege. The HSKR averages for those weapons are from 19.4%-20.92%. My overall basic stats are: 940k, 776d, 292hs, 4057hits, skill 281. So relatively above average nothing crazy or "sus"..

I did notice this however this morning yesterday I remember after one of the game I played was over I was in like Division 5 SPM, but looking at my actual profile this morning it says I'm in Division 1 SPM.. So I may need to Change my Password for my Origin, But I did have a 200xp booster activated from a battlepack plus the "2x" global xp so I don't know haha.

I generally play CoD MW, Valorant, Rainbow 6 Siege(over 1000 hours), so Accuracy is kinda something that playing those type games you need. I have BF4 and BF3 and BFBC2 on my PC because a change of scenery time to time is nice, nostalgia for sure!

I hope some of this helps in terms of determining my ban status. I stopped streaming since my Wife and I are having a baby next month and I've been doing Storm Restoration on roofs where I live and I have hardly anytime to play very much like I used to. Even when I did have time, and needed a break from absolute sweats on CoD, R6, and Valorant, I load up Battlefield whichever it may be, since BFBC2 got my to fall in love with the Battlefield Franchise when I was in Highschool, and I was actually saddened to know that on my BF4 account I got  I am a filthy casual in Battlefield don't get me wrong, but there is nothing better than slapping a FLIR 2x on a DMR or LMG after getting mad at sweats on another game, going into Operation Locker and going prone and having your way with the enemies that feed the halls xD.

49 kills with a 59% HSKR (Again, consistent with aimbot). Based on your ribbons, I can account for 30 of your kills, which is well over half of them. Again, doesn't explain the nearly 6/10 headshots per kill.

Ahh yess the Hard Core OPERATION LOCKER games the I hyperlinked into my appeal, which are not over over 60% and with LMGs on operation locker with META locker attachments. The only weapons that were marked and "47 kills with a 51% HSKR (Consistent with aimbot). Based on your ribbons I can account for 24 of your kills using something other than sniper rifles. This amounts to over 50% of your kill.  "

Even my 53 kill 13 death game where my best weapon was the MK11-Mod-0 where I have a 51% HSKR Hard Core game modes. Its not hard to kill players in hardcore especially with Headshots. What I Glean from your response is that since I can get headshots in HC game modes with Weapons other than sniper rifles which in your words is "consistent with aimbot" that warrants a ban. Regardless the other games where I've used Snipers or other guns to achieve above a 30% HSKR.. Makes sense. You are "Consistent with aimbot" if you have a high kill game with a high headshot kill ratio, but "consistent isnt proof." What I'm offering, using the same log page I was banned for, I'm providing that said link showing where I've used DMRs and other weapons and achieved a high HSKR. But since I used LMGs I get banned with no proof, and I'm sitting here offering proof. 

I get reported then banned with ZERO proof against me.. Videos, multiple images, etc.

Yet I have to try and prove my case and provide proof and the other party doesn't. 

And according to the Logic of why I was banned because I have Higher kill games with high HSKR that were not sniper kills; I would like an explanation on how this guy: https://www.247fairplay.com/CheatDetector/-bZ-neonardo1 with 0 proof just an accusation, and I get banned while he isn't being investigated.. Even on His BattleField3 in the link mentioned he has a overall 54.79%   HSKR with only 2 hours played.

I don't understand the standard which are being used here. In terms of reports and bans. It's like since I dont have; over 3000+ hours in BF4, over 30,000 kills in attack boats, 24,000+ in attack helicopters, 4 guns with over 1,200 kills, 2 guns with over 2,300 kills, and one gun with over 3,000 kills like the guy who reported me. https://battlelog.battlefield.com/bf4/soldier/-bZ-neonardo1/weapons/335917451/pc/  I get banned on "suspicion" based on the "consistent with aimbot" with zero proof acting like its hard to click on beans in close quarters prone with a LMG and a FLIR 64/64 player maps.

I see a standard problem... I play casually and I dont have thousands of hours on BF4, but I do on other games. When admins for BF4DB that have the power to approve or deny appeals, have these super high kill games with pistols, assault rifles, shotguns with 23 games using said guns and having well 40% on all of those games. i.e. :::::: Voltolly: Best Weapon M1014: 49k/31d/30hs/61%hskr:::: Voltolly: Best Weapon AR160: 82k/22d/47hs/57%hskr :::: According to AngryCuban's word why I was banned because my I wasn't using a sniper and had a high HSKR with guns other than a sniper it was "consistent with aimbot" then shouldn't Voltolly according to his weapons and stats be banned aswell until he appeals since he's not using a sniper has a super high HSKR and is "consistent with aimbot"??? 

I'm not saying he should be by anymeans but by the standards on why I was banned it would make all the sense. I read this situation as I killed the guy who reported me a few times in a HC Operation locker game or another HC Rush game, he got super butt hurt and made a post here claiming I was "aimbot" because he got absolutely spread by a poor ole level 50 something, that doesnt have 1/4 of a year in hours spent on BF4. Imagine just being good at other games and that like you know helping in other games, when you know the boys aren't on but you dont wanna siege or CoD. Load up battlefield kill a level 140 with more than 3000 hours and they start questioning all this time invested was for nothing because I got nay nayed by a level 50.

The difference between you and me is that I have ~3k hours of infantry gameplay on softmode. My stats were improving gradually over time.

AR160 - this is a gun with very low recoil values and is practically a laser type of a gun, it's very easy to farm headshots with it (here is the compilation of kills from 2 rounds where I had ~50% hs rate)

I have headshot based aim, that is by default when I see enemies I don't aim at the chest area but rather their heads. Sometimes it pays off, sometimes it doesn't. Which is why in my bf4cr you can see rounds with high and low values at the same time because while I get a headshot hit in almost every kill it is not necessarily the finishing bullet.

You, on the other hand, barely have any hours in this game. You have a very sudden skill spike present in the stats. It doesn't matter what game you played prior to bf4. Bf4 has a very different gun mechanic. Bf4db staff has been around for a very long time, we have seen various player's performances, know how guns work in this game, what is statistically possible and what isn't. 

For example, this BR - you have only ~24 DMR kills (4 ribbons), the rest are ~4 pistol, ~6 AR, ~12 carbine. And 27 headshots, 51% of it, even if most of these headshots were with DMR MK11M0 it would have been seen in the weapon overall stat, since you don't have that many kills. But its overall hs rate is 35%, very low. And so on. A lot of things just don't add up at all. Hence the ban.

Therefor, we would like you ask for a video evidence from you showcasing how you play the game. You must recreate this round stats, that is get at least 40 kills with LMG while maintaining 50% headshot rate with at least 3-4 KD. Also add to this a round where you play only acwr carbine and get at least 40% headshot rate as well. So a video with 2 rounds - LMG and ACW-R with 50 and 40% headshot rate respectively. Requirements for the video evidence read here. We will remove the ban temporarily for 72 hours so that you can record such videos. But if you don't provide the uploaded to YT video and corresponding battlereports links in this thread by the end of this time the appeal will be denied. Do you agree to this condition?

The attitude that the admins have, "you dont have enough hours like myself, plus I have headshot based aim."
AS I SAID PREVIOUSLY I MAY NOT HAVE THREE THOUSAND HOURS IN BF4 BUT I HAVE OTHER TIME IN OTHER RELEVANT AND UP TO DATE TITLES. Y'ALL KNOW WHAT Y'ALL JUST KEEP DOING WHAT Y'ALL DO. You know what sure start the 72 hours tomorrow at 3pm CST since I work 11am-3pm saturday and am off Sunday and It's projected to rain most of the week next week. "If you are requested to submit video evidence of gameplay, the video must show the complete round, from loading screen to end screen. Additionally, the minimum resolution is 720p at (preferably) 60fps. There may NOT be ANY background music or outside audio in the video. Videos submitted with background music or outside audio will not be accepted. When asked for video evidence, your ban will be suspended for 72 hours to allow you time to record gameplay. Video must be uploading with the link and battle report posted to the ban appeal within the 72 hours to be accepted. The appeal will be denied and closed if nothing has been received at the deadline."  

I will repost here when I have my recordings and upload it to YouTube and then Submit then as a reply on this thread after 72 hours from Saturday at 3 pm CST when my suspended ban has started.

This isn't the attitude, this is me talking facts to you. If I was bad at the game you would complain how can I possibly judge what is a skill and what isn't. I am skilled at infantry, I understand how various guns and attachments work in this game. I know the difference between BF4 gun mechanic and other FPS titles, let it be CSGO, R6, Apex, etc. I speak with confidence about my experience, knowledge and what is considered possible or not. You brought this on yourself by mentioning my battlereport stats and when I start explaining things to you you pull the "i am offended and you are power jerks" card. I literally explained to you why your stats have strong indication of cheats being used. Using capslock doesn't make your messages any more meaningful.

I am not going to sit here and check at what time to lift your ban. Leave a message when you want it to be lifted for the evidence to be recorded and I'll do it.
