I was banned a couple days ago for some unknown reason.  I am the ADMIN of the M16 clan and have been the admin for well over 15 years.  I admin three servers, two BF4 servers and one medal of honor servers.  I have played with the same downloaded game I bought since day one without any modifications or changes to the game whatsoever.

I sent in an appeal to even balance, but havent heard back from them as of yet.  I was hoping you folks could shed some light as to the reason I was banned, considering I have NO HACKS or MODIFICATIONS on my game.??

81662 is yet another PB code which is very vague and we do believe it is being triggered by something completely unrelated to cheats.

Have you installed your OS recently?

Take a look at your pbcl.log and copy/paste it here.

Have you installed any new programs on your system?

Unfortunately we won't be able to do much on our side, we enforce any and all PB violation bans.

The only thing I have installed recently was a VPN from IPVANISH..  and then I got the ban...   Not sure if this caused it.  I was thinking of deleting punkbuster and redownloading it...  I tried to update it, but it doesnt seem to make a difference..

IPVanish is not the cause. Tested most VPN clients.

Would personally not go as far as calling all violations with this number false but there are a few "odd" cases.

Did you have 2FA login enabled?

NO, dont know what that is, but I did update my video drivers... my card is old...  Nvidia  GTX 660 TI

What brand is the card and what drivers and additional software were you using for it? Anything that includes an overlay of some sort?

its  GEForce GTX 660TI, the only thing I have changed in years, was the latest updated drivers when I got a notice to update. ill look for the latest drivers I downloaded from Nvidia.

Could this be related to a discord overlay? it's known to be pretty shitty with BF4

I do have DISCORD....  my whole squad uses it but nobody else got this ban.

I use discord but have dissabled the overlay. I don't say that's what triggered the ban but there's been many ban waves from EB due to GAMEHACK violations recently with some being weird. We're trying to see if there's some false positive involved and by what it could be caused.
