I have NEVER cheated in any game ever!!!

As far as we have seen, punkbuster is defunct. They no longer process appeals anymore so I would guess you will never hear anything from them, unfortunately. You will probably need to get a new account if you wish to continue playing but I would personally recommend avoiding any games that still use punkbuster
