Ban Reason: Stated too high Headshot Ratio with PKP LMG

I haven't used this weapon all night guaranteed so also confused as to whats going on here

I have been playing all night on my TG clan server and then swapped to a Warthog server where I gamed for less then 5 minutes while streaming and was auto-banned based off of this database now this is my first time back to bf4 in months and months  of time and I'm just confused as to whats going on and wanted to see if I could get this off my record so to say. kind of have some pride in here since I don't hack aimbot or cheat ever.

- i was streaming during the ban moment as well and am still currently streaming any and all help would be appreciated just wanna know whats going on mainly

All of these are from a year ago so recalling these would be uncanny in itself for me but i mean based on my over all account data these headshot ratios deem me to be told im using aimbot or hacks of some kind? id like to stress that im not upset i just want to get to the bottom of this because i dont normally run the PKP unless im unlocking things for it which is what i normally do when i play is just pick a gun or two and try and unlock mods. so to be honest i dont have an explanation for you. is there anything i can do ?

most of these with vehicles in them and on conquest games just isnt what i play either i am almost always on TG's 60% hp locker domination server and seeing all these vehicles on the list as well is just not something i do at all so im worrying that my account may have been hacked but i understand thats a cry wolf thing on here.
