All right. This account is not mine. I am the owner of the game server which is connected to your anti-cheat system BF4DB. And I do not understand why you banned this account - if there are NO bans on official websites on it! wtf !!
Give me links to the official punkbuster ban pls, I do not see them

We only discuss bans with the owner of the banned account. If he appeals then you can follow the discussion here on the forum.
We log PB violations just like GGC and PBBans do (both also 3rd party AC's). That a violation isn't logged at any of these services means he did not play on a server running their plugin at the moment he got kicked.
