    Hi all,

I want to appeal the ban of my account.

    Soldier Name: iViorel

    Link to BF4DB Soldier Profile:

    https://bf4db.com/player/1000081938

Have you claimed your soldier: Yes

The so called reason why I am banned now is "Aimbot" but I truely never used any kind of cheats.

As you can see here: https://bf4db.com/player/ban/1000081938 at the first reported I was clarified as "clean", what I am.

The main reason why I had higher headshot stats on the [E4GL].[HP] server - check it out here: http://bf4cheatreport.com/?pid=1000081938&uid=&cnt=200&startdate=201907041112 - was because I only used sniper and I mainly camped on roof of the building of C sniping other camping snipers on the bottom in conquest mode.

Then I am getting reported again from another guy trying to get me banned - this time so far successful - with f.e. the following evidence:

    http://battlelog.battlefield.com/bf4/battlereport/show/1/1155922615122937728/1000081938/

This is easiely explained by: An game admin of || Frankfurter Ultras || Server modified the game so that only headshots could make a kill.

And if you take a closer look on my stats on 247fairplay.com:

    https://www.247fairplay.com/CheatDetector/iviorel

You see that my Headshoot/Kill stats on F2000 are higher than the average. Thats because firstly I only did 35 kills and secondly I made 28 kills on the mentioned "Frankfurter Ultras" Server were the game admin modified the game so that only headshots count as kill.

I really appreciate your cooperation and hope to get my account banned as soon as possible.

If any further informations are needed, let me know and I will try to provide them to you!

    Best regards

Apparently everyone else in this server can get non-headshot kills just fine. I highly doubt if the "only headshots count as kill" idea is real.

    Thank you for your reply.

Well Riotranz it is not only an "idea", its the truth.

I was playing with my friend Callb0y and we were teamspeaking together that round (check out the private squad).
We are usually piloting together ( He is a good chopper pilot, I am gunner in attack heli).
As you can see here:  http://battlelog.battlefield.com/bf4/battlereport/show/1/1155912115123275648/1000081938/ and here: http://battlelog.battlefield.com/bf4/battlereport/show/1/1155927877674169408/1000081938/ you can see that we played Siege of Shanghai before and Rouge Transmission in heli after it. Well I think there should be enough evidence that proof that we only played Operation locker because it was in our way and we were actually both too lazy to search for another server to join.

I have to admit I didnt even realize that only headshots kill the enemies at first, so I was wondering why I am playing that bad (fully spraying on the enemies bodies didnt harm them at all. I ended up with 37/20 which is not really good.
I remember my friend told me to look up to the chatbox where the ADMIN wrote something in it about the kill counts and my friend just were laughing and replied " it is still possible to knife the enemies too".

Well, is there any chance to look up the server settings in exactly that round on  || Frankfurter Ultras || Server? Maybe you, as an BF4DB admin, have the permission for it.

I mean, it was kinda fun for my friend and me to play one round with server settings "only headshot counts" but I never thought I´d get in trouble because of these settings the admin made.

Thanks again for investigating your time, I really appreciate that.

I see no reason to believe your "headshot only" story in the two reports Rio linked. I would like to hear a real, plausible explanation.

Unfortunately my reply contained pictures of the weapon stats which couldnt be uploaded and got lost so I rewrite it now summarized:

If you read carefully what I wrote you will notice that I was only talking about the report with the F2000.
    I explained the over-average stats on 247fairfight.com.
    Summarized:
The ADMIN of Frankfurter Ultras Server modified the game only for this round while I was playing on the Server:
    http://battlelog.battlefield.com/bf4/battlereport/show/1/1155922615122937728/1000081938/

Now, to explain the two reports Riotranz linked, I want to quote Angry_Cuban13: "One odd report among many normal ones."

Let me explain what I mean by quoting him as plausible explanation now:

Take a look at my fairfight stats again here: https://www.247fairplay.com/CheatDetector/iviorel

Now have a look at the mentioned weapons in the linked reports(ACE 21 CQB and M416):

These are my overall stats of the ACE 21 CQB with 24.72% H/K while the average is 19.53%.
These are my overall stats of the M416 with 26.27% H/K while the average is 21.13%.

As you can see, my stats with these weapons are only a little above the average, but surely not considering to be aimbot stats.

That is the reason I wanted to quote Angry_Cuban13 from the last report were he said it is one odd among many normal reports.

You can check my whole history, there will always be better and worse games.

    That´s Battlefield I guess.

I really appreciate that you are also investigating your time into this, Scavenger. That´s not self-evident.

We try to rule out everything. Currently I am most curious about Rio his reports. If those could be explained first that would be great.

    Scavenger

I noticed that and I really can relate due to my work as police officer in Germany. :-)
That´s why I appreciate it that much.

Anyways, In my opinion the two reports linked by Riotranz are already explained.
I would not say that it was an usual average gameplay, but I can tell that I didnt use any kind of cheats nor ever will.
You know, playing hundreds of rounds always will leave a couple outstanding ones.

I really ask you to take a closer look at my overall history.
Most of my rounds are average or only little above (e.g. while flying helicopter together with a friend) and some are lower.
But I would truely never use hacks to increase my gameplay.

Thanks again for your time and cooperation.
