My account has been banned and I wish to appeal it. You can tell by my stats that I have never cheated in the 1000 hours I've played this game. I was recently away on business and apparently one of my sons was using my account. He told me he got frustrated and decided to download and use an old hack that he came across.

Rest assured I have taken steps to make sure this won't  happen again.

I would greatly appreciate your assistance in clearing my good name.

Your account is your own responsibility. Neither does it matter to us nor to Evenbalance/PunkBuster who cheated on your account. Matter of fact is that the account has been cheated on and that's all that counts.

If they confirm that this violation has been triggered in error we will lift the ban (under the condition that GGC lifts the ban aswell (means you will have to appeal at Evenbalance and at GGC if Evenbalance lifts the violation)). If that's the case feel free to open another appeal on BF4DB providing a link to your approved Evenbalance ticket.

However if Evenbalance rejects your appeal we won't ever lift your ban. Any future accounts you acquire will be suspended for being linked to your banned account.
