I am an Ex Battlefield 4 ESL player (i cannot provide my username) that often times ranks up friends accounts, the account in question is YuttaTerra (Friends accound that i have now played on for a month or so).
As you might imagine, i do have a fair bit of aim and yes, i do make many headshots.
The battlereports of this accounts are now set to public and i would be able to jump on either teamspeak or discord to discuss this matter with a member of your staff.

Thank you for your cooperation. As agreed on discord I spectated you on a conquest locker server so you could demonstrate your capabilities. Unfortunately you were not able to recreate the statistics as were shown in the ban reason. While spectating, I failed to see the required game knowledge and skills to achieve the extreme headshot ratio.
