Appeal: Kind of mad, not sure why i was banned, the "Evidence" and reason why I was banned was just battlereports, No ACTUAL evidence or PROOF of me doing anything. The last one was another high kill game on lockers, in which I got 70 headshots out of 200 kills(https://battlelog.battlefield.com/bf4/battlereport/show/1/1292182074841980416/1004185882958/), which I didnt think was that big of a deal, considering I was using a scarH, .44, and bulldog, all of which are high damage guns that greatly reward aiming for the head. Not quite sure why this triggered an admin to manually ban me for stats,

Two things here : 

- Moderators are not allowed to handle appeal by themselves, that's why infinatshadex didn't reply to your appeal per se.

- We do not allow anyone besides staff members and the OP to post in a ban appeal in order to keep it clean and easier to read, and also to avoid needless rants by people who might hate you. It doesn't matter who posts it or what's in the post, it's just a question of having things organized. People are free to join our discord or open a thread on the report/general section if they have relevant information regarding a specific appeal/ban though, we're not condemning any kind of talk here.

How long do appeals normally take? If the initial investigation was as thorough as this "Appeal Investigation" was I would never have been banned

Listen, I've been banned for OVER A MONTH by BF4DB, with no evidence against me. If you guys are going to prevent me from playing the game I have been playing for the past 6 years, I would like a refund for my copy of the game.

There is a great performance discrepancy between two of your accounts, if we take into account infantry games.

On top of that, you have abysmally high performance game stats on DoA-RamblinMan according to bf4cr that are honestly incredibly hard to believe, considering server performance of WHG and TBG. Numerous reports, in fact. I'll point out at least at one of them

https://battlelog.battlefield.com/bf4/battlereport/show/1/1291980778444753472/1004185882958/ - 36% acc, 34% hs rate, 6kpm, 3.6 kd, 228 kills with AR and the rest are nades and a little bit of pistol and 50cal, so it makes the HS rate on SCAR-H in this round even higher - approx 38%

We would like you to record a video evidence where you recreate the aforementioned round. It has to be a full Locker round, played on WHG or TBG servers, you must get at least 150 kills, get 6 kpm, 3.5 kd, 32% accuracy, at least 32% hs rate with SCAR-H, no nades are allowed. You will  have 72 hours to record such a video, requirements for the video evidence can be found here. If you disagree the appeal will be denied. If you record a video where stats do not match the appeal will be denied.

Why?

The burden of proof is on the accuser. I played the game legit, and got banned by the staff of a server plugin because my stats were suspect. Its your job to prove I am cheating, not my job to prove I'm not. You are the ones who banned me off of 3 battle reports where I most likely overachieved. 

For the cops to arrest and charge me, its their job to prove I did something against the law, not my job to prove I am innocent. As I am back in college, I have no idea when ill have access to my PC, so idk when I can go through all the hassle of recording and doing all that.
