You are banned because you have a Punkbuster Global ban. We have no influence on those nor do server administrators. You got banned by EvenBalance and you should take your issue to them. Looking at your ticket it got closed because you did not follow their instructions. You never gave them the ban message you receive rather give them a random PB error.

PB does not look at statistics.
