    After I was reporting myself in order to check my stats at BF4DB i got globally banned by punkbuster without a defined reason. No cheats, no hacks.
    Admin Scavenger suggested the reason is my headshotratio with QBZ. https://bf4db.com/player/ban/1795205330
    But, the QBZ isn't unlocked for me ...
    I did a Ban Appel at Evenbalance -link removed for privacy -

    So, what can i do more to clear my profile?

    I have hidden your ticket link to prevent others from spamming it. I also added more details to your ticket so Evenbalance can investigate your case. It can take up to two weeks for them to respond but generally speaking they are faster.

    Be sure that your account did not get hacked. Contact EA support so they can double check: https://help.ea.com. If you did not have 2FA enabled in Origin, you can pretty much be certain that your account got compromised.

    Appeal denied for now, however if they admit the violation was triggered in error, then you can submit a new appeal and we will review it.
