I think you should reconsider and ban this player again, his M1911 damage per shot is currently sitting at 150%.
Same as for the last player HSKR stats listed above are the result of statpadding.
The M1911 has a low killcount. Considering the fact that this player tends to do a lot of tradekilling this must've been the result of statpadding aswell. Such high DPS stats can be achieved by shooting explosives (for example a claymore) with a few enemies surrounding it. Splashdamage is added to the handgun stat as the claymore didn't explode due to a natural trigger (someone walking into it) but because it was shot.
Case remains open until a statpadding battlereport for the M1911 is found.
