His own video of himself playing is shown in this report.  After I made the initial report, he took his video off public and it made the link stop working.  I was able to get the new link to his video and that is what you see  so there is no doubt he recorded himself first person BPM cheating extra rockets.

BPM cheating.

He made this of himself when an admin was calling him out to try and prove he's clean.  Well...he didn't realize that even with the ammo count hidden, we can still count how many he fires. 

0:58 - 1:00 in which he fires nine zuni's out of of a pod of eight.  The BPM is clearly visible in the first second when he fires an extra zuni (#3) out of the nine total.  To better see this, we can click the HD Gear in the bottom right of the video and slow it down to 0.5 or 0.25 and count with our eyes in that two seconds.  Then, to ensure continuity, play it back on HD normal and close our eyes to count by sound.  Again, nine rockets are fired by sight and sound confirming he's BPM cheating.

I would like to chime in here.

Hail, as you can clearly see, is on a vendetta against NWG. He was banned by myself and the other clan leader recently, for excessive hackusations that did not warrant bans. So much so, that he got a player named TwoSevenINF banned by BF4DB, just to have it turned over on an appeal. He was finally banned when he sent myself and the other clan leader a video of Cuban "hacking." Within 10 minutes, he sent a reply retracting his statement, because what he though was a snap, was just Cuban switching seats. This is clear cut on his vendetta against Cuban, and what he is willing to do to harass him. His obsession has reached new limits now that his toxic attitude is no longer welcome in our community. 

If you do a quick google search, you will find we are not the only gaming community to remove him. He has a past history of actions like this with other communities. Now, onto the ban video.

What he has provided, is absolutely circumstantial AT BEST. Cuban is a player with several thousand hours in the game. He has never so much as been banned for anything illegitimate in his time between BF4 and BF3. This video proves nothing. There are countless counters that could easily disprove the video, and cause doubt lowering the threshold below that of even reasonable suspicion.. One, client side lag. How do we know there wasn't a lag spike or some other sort of internet disruption during the time of this video? Bugged spectator mode. Spectator mode has always been known for being glitchy. We advise our admins not to ban on video alone, because of issues with the mode. 

What I am getting at, is that one video alone, with several counters to it, should not be a deciding factor. Especially so when there are no other type of suspicious stats that coincide with it. I am asking you to look at the totality of the circumstances here. A player with a vendetta is attempting to cause as many headaches as possible, with one small piece of footage that is easily discredited. Please factor in everything I said while you continue your investigation. In my opinion, there is too little to justify a ban. Thank you in advance for your time.

Please Dredd, how do you discredit someone recording THEMSELVES doing something that only a CHEAT can do?  You can't.  One video is all you need to nail someone, and he just did it too himself.

NWG doesn't care if you cheat as long as it's only little things to keep an edge over legit players?

You post a video of zuni rockets on the test range. This actually proves my point even more. The zunis fired in that video are in steady succession, one after the other, even spaced. In the video you post of Cuban, the first couple shots are rapid, followed by steady shots. There is no indication he got points for this "extra" shot. That's because it is easily disputed by client side lag and a bugged spectator system.

#2, How do you know his NINTH rocket did no damage????  He's shooting infantry, not at a vehicle that accumulates damage.

#3, the notion you think it's "lag" when there is NO lag indicator at ALL, and that LAG does NOT GIVE YOU extra ammo!!!  Holy crap dredd, IF YOUR PC is lagging, the software on YOUR SIDE lets you shoot based on what is on your HARD DRIVE!!!!  Lag has NOTHING to do with how the CLIENT processes and SHOOTS.  NONE.

That's your argument. Mine is a proving a flawed spectator system, or internet lag, which affects millions of people. Hell, I've even had the non-steady fire rate once or twice before. 3. "your obsession with this matter" is the reference going back two years when I first found your "hacker free" server that Cuban was in fact cheating, and subsequently being told by Nek AND Jimm that if I continue to point out that cuban is cheating, I will be banned.

5. If it was spectator mode, there would be the spectator UI at the top to browse the people playing.
6. Spectator mode does NOT allow you to see when the person you're watching looks at the map.
