Hello, I keep getting this image (https://imgur.com/JAy7JBb) and keep getting banned from pb activated servers. At punkbuster they keep requesting non existing information from my pbcl log file (have sent them the relevant text from my pbcl file multiple times but it never includes a kick message they're looking for at pb). So far I still don't know why I'm banned and no party has been able to help me. I tried conventional methods like firewall adjustment and dling pb already.

In my previous ban appeal ( https://bf4db.com/forum/thread/ban-appeal-gamehack-89381-1724) you guys tell me to open a ticket at PB but I've been already trying that for 2 months and they couldn't help me and I still get kicked for no reason. You guys locked the thread so I had to start a new one to expand on the issue.

I was banned 5 months ago. I've been sending tickets to punkbuster for 2 months but they always request the pbcl log file and subsequently say they can't see the kick message on the file and close the ticket so I came here to fix it. They even directed me here.
I think I was unfairly banned because I've never used cheats or something similar in multiplayer games. I have used cheat engine in Dark Souls 3 to make my character become larger or to spawn bosses in random area's, but that's just to fool around and not gain an advantage in multiplayer. I think your software detected CE in my drive? I get kicked only on BF4 for this, not bf1 or bf3. I still don't know why I was banned.

I don't see such an option for the pb ticket. This print screen shows pretty much everything. I see you have posted something in the ticket.

The tickets always revolve around the same thing, the pbcl log but they never see what they're looking for in the file and the tickets halts.
