Yep, still something which you have no right to do and again I guarantee it is a violation of the EA terms of service.  I love how the story changed. 

If you somehow think that gives you the right to take the usage rights away from another account that paid for a key you better seek legal advice. I am sure any attorney would consider it discrimination. 

LOL Really this is your excuse.  The account I am using which is a paid for license key with usage rights to EA has been banned based on that fact an account with a totally different IP has a user name almost exactly like mine.   That is your reason.  I do not care if I had 20 accounts banned for cheating.  That is no way shape or form gives you the right to ban any account that is not cheating.  Wow you guys are amazing and disturbing at the same time.  

I can guarantee you one thing, you have no right whatsoever to ban an account that has not cheated and just on the fact another one has.

I am reporting this incident to the EA Legal Staff today.

1.  You show me a totally unassociated report to someone that has copied my name almost exaclt, but witrh a totally different GUID.  Yes they accounts you showed me with the stats you claim are suspect are not mine nor are they associated.  Someone used my name almost lettter for letter but used capital I in lstead of L.  Most likely someone I reported.

2.  Next when that doesn't work you claim because of one of my childrens accounts you are banning me.  

3.  You claim that my story which is complete truth about being disables and being amediocre player is generic.

4.  You violate EA terms of service and a compelttely discriminatiing.

5.  I paid for a license key usage rights for an EA game which you are denying me access to.

6.  My account shows no sighs of cheating or a ban at all.

Did you look at the accounts.  Both the reports are not me.  I just noticed it says level 110? I must have pissed someone off.  I do not use an acwr since I suck with it.   I do not even think I have a good scope and I do not get that many headshots.  I bet it was someone I reported since I am constantly trying to voteban hackers and also sending their names into evenbelance through the website.   Why else would someone take my name almost exactly.

I am level 90 not 110.

Is that why someone banned me initially?

Ok you guys are very strange, and to be honest I find it more than intrusive as a parent that you are looking at people accounts and internet addresses trying to find out what IP is in what house.  Now on top of that you are because of what you are in an internet address trying to use that as evidence for banning someone.  Wouldnt you find it odd if you were are parent and becuase you have a good night playing someone now says you are banned and have suspicious stats because of an IP.  Either that and or it has nothing to do with that and something else is going on here.   At best looking at my history as a player I see the stats of someone that has had a few good games and more often than not is the one reporting people through the evenbalance website.  Plus on top that all this including my account and the other account is being posted on here as being associated.

So which is, the stats and the fact I had a good night?

Or is it the account that you say is associated with this ip? Which seems impossible since I live in a different state and that account which belongs to one of my children has not been played on.

Or are you randomly checking people IPs and what EA games they play on unassociated with battlefield?

I find this whole thing a little than more disturbing as a parent. Wow.

Ok, I still am not sure what you are getting at.  It is not this account and it is not my account nor has it even been my account.  

Seems a little strange you are asking about accounts that other family members have? Its not even a bf4 account?

Appeal:

There is no evidence, I do not even recall the game, but most likely at best I had some coffee and a coke and was feeling good and had a good night or a few rounds which for me is not often since I am mentally disabled and generally it takes a lot for me to feel "clear" and play well.   I do feel my skill is getting better, but on many days I am slow and revert to ramming and rockets on people.  My sniping is improving and on certain days when I feel good I can push out several good rounds as I feel sharp.  But still mostly I rely on my skill hiding in spots and camping.  I have noticed if I get a night or round when the pilots playing are ppor I can do well in a chopper or jet.  That it.  Not much else to say.  I have noticed when playing late though on higer ping servers I do better, but I am not sure if that is becuase of the higher pings generally over 100 or the fact that the people on those servers have less skill. Still I do love camping and hiding the most.

Additional Information:

Not much else to add really since I do not record my rounds or anything like that.  I did geta new video card which is great since my pc is a 9 year old dell studio.  Finally upgraded from 1 gig video to a gtx960 which for me is ahuge jump.
