Sorry, unfortunately Im still building my case against this player. I believe you are correct in your assessment.

This player has been a suspected toggler for a long time. You will see some rounds he has low hskr but high acc and others he has low acc & but high hskr [ i.e. 9% hskr & 24% acc]. His latest reports show an average of 14% accuracy but 30% hskr. His stats are very consistent in this regard.

Also, there are a sprinkling of 40% & 60% hskr with the AEK, M4, etc through out the BRs linked here>>>

edit: I forgot to mention the KPH on many of his rounds

I usually check to see if a player has the title "faceoff" and check how many headshots they got during the round but how can we calculate the total headshots a person gets if they don't receive that title or at least the best method that we have come up with?

edit: I am speaking headshot kills per round, of course.

I played against this person prior to the stat reset. What I captured was highly suspicious. I tried my best to figure out how Vothaarn was able to kill me in the video, in regards to the timing of the C4. Also, as in this video, Vothaarn and his teammate would do this non-stop 360 spin after each kill. That too I could not figure out how they performed.
