This player has been a suspected toggler for a long time. You will see some rounds he has low hskr but high acc and others he has low acc & but high hskr [ i.e. 9% hskr & 24% acc]. His latest reports show an average of 14% accuracy but 30% hskr. His stats are very consistent in this regard.

Also, there are a sprinkling of 40% & 60% hskr with the AEK, M4, etc through out the BRs linked here>>>

edit: I forgot to mention the KPH on many of his rounds

Nothing suspicious about his stats. HSKR is normal, several rounds with higher HSKR show a rather low amount of kills. KPH is high due to playing in HC server.

Currently there's no sufficient evidence.
