Thought he was wallhacking, but when I checked his stats here he's really close to an autoban as is.  68% cheat score, 42% HS with Type 88, 62% with Bulldog.

Afterwards I spectated the game a bit, but didn't catch too much.  This video shows an obvious case of him tracking a player through the wall at 2:17.  At 1:08 he starts ADSing, aiming at the player on the right, but that guy ducks into the center cells and instantly (in literally two frames of the video) he snaps instead to the new player emerging from the left.
