I couldn't get exact battle report for the game but I recorded a video.

Linked battle report is other game that I could found only. (I played on other side)

His time to kill is insanely fast, even though he always use mtar and g18. (15:09)

I don't know if it's spectator mode screen glitch, but he doesn't seem like control his spray/recoil. 

Long range head shot(to parachuting player) with M tar is weird. (7:21, 12:48) 

and somehow he knows enemy behind wall (10:57)

Found BL report 

Video shows clear indication of latency variation issues, this could cause the weird looking timestamps. due to the latency variation the video is unusable as evidence.
