In the first part of this short clip the kill was a kind of normal (3 shots) however in the kill feed you see him killing 5 people
Second part was a two shot kill from somewhat longer distance.
The server allowed to report people and as soon I did he left the game.

Looking at http://bf4cheatreport.com/?pid=394718924&uid=&cnt=43&startdate=201906111009 there is sudden increase of headshots.
