was a working the repair kit a week or so back and flying in the little bird with " tusk2112 " .  I noticed the torch was actually doing anything by means of repair - I started taking a closer look and this guy was hitting ground targets at will - when I switch over to the ingame map I was seeing any targets lighting up but he was getting kills - Players not on spotted etetc - he was dusting attack heli almost instantly.

As an FYI - I was on the opposing side and the entire squad - meaning all 5 guys had stingers - we couldn't kill him however he dusted all of us before we got 2 stingers off  - from across the map !
