Maybe check this guy out. Called him out on his  ACC% through his battle reports. He had an average ACC of 35%-55% over 33 kills on my GunMaster server which applies all different guns. After telling him what we have found on him, he resetted his battlelog stats. If you go 1 month back in battle reports, you will see the consistent ACC%.
