    In short, rpm cheating is a bit difficult to detect via spectator. But FF will detect it.

    The bulletcounter seemingly dropping faster then usual could be a combination of burstfire and spectator delay.

    High headshot rates on snipers is easier to achieve on metro because of the layout of the map.
