Stats are suspicious. 

A few hours of play and very good accuracy with all weapons it's not a problem.

The very strange thing are the damage stats. It seems that his weapons do the same damage from all distances. Never under 20.. I compared it with very good player and there are no players with this damage data. Usually pistols have high damage because usually they are used at close distance fights.

Damage stats can be blown up by playing hardcore. At first sight I can not find hardcore battlereports, but a few servers are gone and some might have changed their settings. So I can not find any strong evidence for cheating. I would need a spectator recording or something.
