I checked this player's PBSS and there's literally two pages of just this:

This leads me to believe that this player is knowingly uploading bad screenshots to PBSS in order to avoid detection.

Screenshot Corrupted
Server received the screenshot from the player but the data of the screenshot is corrupt or incomplete. It is not unusual to see a lot of these especially on large servers where numerous screenshots are being requested over a short period of time. This can also be cause if you are requesting too many screenshots in a short period of time.
