First over all - the spectator mode is bugged anyway (also the counting from fired bullets), so doesn't matter what you saw, it say's nothing and the more important thing .. 20% acc isn't high, it's average, maybe few % above average. Anyway, you can also have players with 40% and there are shit, or players with 15% and a way better then CyPnPu3uk.

His "spectator" game-play is just playing defensive as hell and listen to sounds, nothing suspicious at all.
