I found a video with Spanish commentary (you can mute it if you want) which shows a player with the same exact name format as this one possibly cheating. I am assuming aimbot/wallhacks.

Here are some battle reports from his BF4 account in which he does a little too good for such a fresh account. I was not able to find any links in PBBANS with any other accounts via IP or alias. His PBSS are clean too.
