Reason for Report is actually Dirty screen shot (video).

Crosshair is generated with a pb whitelisted program reshade. Crosshairs are built into the majority of monitors now as well as just putting a piece of tape with a dot on the monitor. Hardly anything that can be called cheating.

if you want to be technical even NVIDIA's texture filtering game overlay is against TOS. all im saying is reshade is PB whitelisted.
