Is smurf of a player who has previously been vetted to quite an extend. compared footage in report, think considering the framerate warnings, some possible delay from spectator might cause some odd movement and points of aim being out of sync. shooting through objects, mainly stuff on and around the tower were already explained in the appeals of this player before.

I'd advice player to claim his soldiers on his 4db profile to hopefully prevent new reports on new accounts.
